This page describes how Integrated AI handles personal information on www.integrated-ai.com and in our work with clients. The short version: we collect very little, we do not sell personal information, and nothing a client provides is used to train external or shared AI models.
What we collect on this site
This website is a static marketing site. It has no advertising trackers and no forms that submit data to us. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and requested URLs, to operate and secure the service. If you email us or book a discovery call, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, and anything you write. Scheduling runs on Calendly, which processes your booking details under its own privacy policy.
The client portal and Learning Hub
Clients sign in to a portal and to the Integrated AI Learning Hub, our learning platform. Authentication runs on Supabase and uses your work email. Inside the Hub we store learning activity such as progress through the library, submissions, and credentials, which is what makes certificates verifiable. Learner profiles, certificates, and the certified directory are excluded from search engine indexing.
Client materials in engagements
During an enablement engagement we work with an agency's real files: renewals, carrier quotes, benefit booklets, claims notes, and similar materials. We operate under strict data-handling agreements. Client materials are used only to build and deliver that client's engagement. Nothing a client provides is used to train external or shared models, and everything a client's team builds belongs to the client.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We rely on a small set of service providers to run the business: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Calendly for scheduling, Anthropic's Claude for the AI work inside engagements, and Accredible for issuing verifiable credentials. Each processes data only to provide its service.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. The client portal and the Learning Hub keep you signed in with a token stored in your browser; that is necessary for the login to work and is not used for tracking. The AI connector
The connector at www.integrated-ai.com/mcp is free and public. Setup steps are on the connector page. It does not ask you to sign in. It answers from the published governance template, the green, yellow, and red data rules, a built-in workflow library, and the prices on this site.
What it receives. The fields or text an AI client sends when someone uses a tool, such as an agency type, a state, a tool name, or a short description of a task.
How we use it. The function uses that text only to build the reply, in memory, for that request.
What we store. Nothing that you submit. There is no database of connector inputs, and the function does not write those inputs to application logs.
How long anything is kept. There is no submitted text to retain. Vercel, which hosts the function, may keep a standard request log with the URL, IP address, time, and status code, for as long as Vercel keeps operational logs. That log is not a copy of the text you sent.
Who else receives it. We do not sell connector inputs and we do not send them to an advertising network. The reply goes back to the AI client that called the connector. Vercel processes the request in order to host the function. Questions go to brad@integrated-ai.com.
